Hi I am Angi and thanks for inquiring into what I love to do – Calligraphy…

I started my passion 30 years ago when I inscribed cards at Kenny’s Cardiology Carillon and Galleria, I also decorated xmas balls at Myer Galleria, until I could take no more glitter!!!

Over the years I have met so many interesting people, and have been honoured to help create some extraordinary and sacred projects from handmade invites, writing on mirrors, family trees and wedding proposals to name just a few. I have also taught the art of calligraphy to individuals and groups and we have all had so much fun learning this ancient art form.

It’s so wonderful regularly meeting photographers, celebrants, brides, poets and romantics that keep coming back, sometimes many years later.

I know it can sometimes be a stressful time planning for a special event, so I like to make this part of your preparations fun and stress-free, I am not happy until you are! I work with you, offering advice, options and design ideas, which also includes ways to save time and cost. So please chat with me before you start any printing as I have some ideas that could save you money while also making your invites look hand made.

I also offer calligraphy workshops, should you wish to develop some creative skills of your own, neat handwriting is not a pre-requisite.
